Aromatic sausages from around the globe, Southern dry rubs and fiery chilli sauces and spiced pickles.
We have a flavour to suit every tastebud hot or non hot.
Using locally sourced native hardwoods for all our smoking and locally sourced ingredients to bring you the best quality in our products.

Our Meat
We use only the best and freshest meat in all of our products, all locally sourced by our butcher from local farms where the livestock are all free ranged and grass pastured. Only using high quality produce makes all the difference in the taste of our food.

Handcrafted beef Jerky
All of our Jerky is hand cut and marinated for at least 24 hours before being dehydrated to perfection. We are continually developing and testing new flavours. Some of our best selling flavours include:

Chillies
Our signature chilli sauces are tailor made to enhance the flavour profiles of our meats. We use a variety of chillies including Birdseye, Jalapeño, Habenero & Carolina Reaper,& many more chilli’s to deliver a sauce range that goes from warm to crazy hot & will send your tastebuds wild.

Pickles, Jams & Chutneys
We use the finest locally sourced seasonal fruit & vegetables to create mouth watering accompaniments to your meal. Our Piccalilli Relish & Sweet Spicy Chilli Jam are also the perfect addition to a Saturday afternoon cheese platter. Our range is constantly changing with the seasons.

OUR CATERING MENU
Our set catering package starts at $35 per person everyone gets the same portion,
with large servings of sliced black Angus beef brisket, pulled pork, Mac & cheese, slaw, pickles, sauce, pasta salad
Vegetarian & Vegan option also available to replace meats in the catering package
Minimum number of 50people required to book for these packages.
Catering package includes cardboard serving trays/cutlery etc.

For smaller events, our most popular catering options are trays
of smoked meats at $80 per 1kg. 1kg feeds roughly 6 people.

50% deposit required on all bookings above a $1100 to confirm your booking.

Staffing $50per hour per staff member, minimum 2 hours is required
BBQ Smoker hire fees depending on how many hours apply
BBQ Spit rotisseries & utensils + hardwood hire if needed fees apply
Travel cost fees depending on location apply
Delivery fees depending on your location apply
(( CANCELLATIONS ))
Cancellations less than 4 months from service date incur a fee of 70% of the deposit paid
Cancellations more than 4 months from service date incur a 50% deposit fee
Date changes more than a month out from date of service incur a $250 fee
Date changes less than a month from service date incur a $500 fee
(( PRIVATE EVENT’S BOOKINGS Only ))
Are not confirmed until booking fees are received If you would like to hire our food truck to be on site for your event, fees start at a minimum of $500 depending on factors such location, numbers of guests attending etc. In addition, there is also a minimum spend of $1000 that we require to cover the costs of food and staffing. If sales fail to meet the minimum spend you will be required to make up the shortfall.

We are so happy to have our menu’s finally finalised & hope you are all happy with what we have on offer, our BBQ menu is small we try to keep it simple, call or message us on our page or ask in-store for any orders your thinking of we are here to help.

LOCALLY SOURCED WOOD
We only use wood that is sourced from local businesses, including the beautiful fruit orchards where we get our fresh produce from NSW loggers.
The different wood varieties we use help to produce amazing flavours and aromas in our BBQ products. NSW Ironbark is our staple wood due to its heat retaining qualities.
